At present, this is the first time we have word from our provider regarding these issues.  You can read them here:

In lay terms, the piece of equipment that allows people to access the site flawlessly had a heart attack and didn’t make it.  I “think” we should be good now, based on the rest of the status updates, but please let us know if you have any further issues.
